Samantha’s career started in London, but she transferred her skills to Lincolnshire when she decided to turn her focus to the recruitment industry.

For over 20 years, she has been successfully recruiting for both temporary and permanent vacancies in the South Lincolnshire area.

Lee has worked in recruitment for 20 years, originally dealing with industrial temporary staff. He joined IntegrityPlus in 2008 as a temporary recruitment specialist, before moving on to the permanent desk in 2015, and started as General Manager in 2018.

Outside of work, Lee likes nothing more than spending time with his wife and daughter, running (slowly), taking his dog Holly Hound for a walk, and the occasional fishing trip.

Carly has been in recruitment for nearly 9 years. She loves the fast paced dynamics of it.

Meeting people is her passion and that shows even when she’s not working as she loves to socialise, and spend time with her small family.

She enjoys working with Integrity Plus, as it offers her the ability to lead a varied and changeable workday, from client visits to interviews and inductions, she finds there is never a dull day in the office!
