We are looking for an Accounts/HR Administrator to join our clients busy team. You will be working within a motivated and friendly small team. Hours: 40 Hour per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 (with 1hr unpaid break for lunch) Pay: Contract: Temp to Perm Your tasks will include: •Overseeing Time & Attendance system/checking of hours daily •Dealing with supplier statements and creating invoices, •Other tasks will include liaison with customers by telephone or email to verify bills and queries. •Checking timesheets submitted by agency staff are correct for payment. •Ensure staff personal records are kept up to date. •General Administration tasks. •Any other personnel tasks required by management Skills needed for the role: Must be an organised person Possess strong Microsoft Excel experience, including Office, and email Possess strong communication skills. Good numeracy and literacy. Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, Ideally, proven accounts experience within a similar environment or a relevant Accounts related qualification but not essential.
