Meet the Team

Between us we have 34 years combined experience of recruitment in the Lincolnshire area, covering all types of jobs both temporary and permanent.

We set up in business together because we share the same ethical standards for recruitment and wanted to create a recruitment agency both clients and candidates could trust.

Founder director Samantha Bartlett is originally from Kent and moved to Lincolnshire in 1991. She has worked in recruitment since 1994, initially dealing with administration roles and then managerial and executive positions. Before starting Integrity Plus, Samantha worked for an independent recruitment consultancy with offices throughout Lincolnshire where she built up an enviable reputation with local companies. Samantha started out in fresh produce and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and still has a special interest in recruitment in this sector. She now successfully combines her two roles of working mother and recruitment agency company director.

Fellow director John Tipper is originally from a banking and finance background and has worked for a major blue chip recruitment organisation with offices throughout the Midlands and south east England. John got into recruitment in 1985, when he moved from his home county of Yorkshire to Lincolnshire and worked at senior management level for a local independent recruitment agency before he and Samantha set up Integrity Plus. In his spare time John and his wife Caroline breed cats and dogs.

Alison McCaughey is the most recent addition to the Integrity Plus team. After gaining a degree in performing arts in Liverpool, Alison moved to Lincolnshire and worked as a planner in the food manufacturing industry before joining Integrity Plus in 2006.

Alison first came to our attention as a temporary worker, and she is now totally responsible for our administration and key accounts. In her spare time Alison does voluntary work in the local community and enjoys trips to the beauty salon and walking her dog.
