We want our clients to enjoy the recruitment process and really feel a part of it. We take time to understand your business requirements and what sort of person you’re looking for to fill a vacancy. So at our recruitment agency we start by talking to you to develop a detailed job specification.

At Integrity Plus we don’t play the numbers game. It’s more important to take time to find you the right person than to deluge you with applications. We won’t email you lots of CVs without first talking to candidates. But we can work very quickly, and search our extensive recruitment system for people with the job skills you’re looking for.

And if we can’t find a suitable candidate, we’ll be honest and tell you.

Once we’ve drawn up a shortlist of suitable applicants for a job, we can arrange interviews and carry out reference checks and any specific skills tests you require.

All our temporary staff are thoroughly interviewed and carefully selected so they’re ready, willing and able to step in and do a good job when you need them. Where relevant we can provide health and safety induction training too.
